A home can look right while the workday around it makes no sense. If you are bringing a business or a demanding work routine with you, I want that in the conversation from the beginning.

01

Map the workday before the home search.

Think about calls, focused work, equipment, deliveries, team visits, and travel. Identify what needs its own space and what can be flexible. Then we can evaluate the home and its location against the work you actually do.

02

Verify the essentials at the address.

Do not assume a neighborhood description answers questions about a particular property. Confirm internet service and installation with the provider. Review relevant property rules with the appropriate source if you expect to use the home in a particular way.

03

Bring the right advisers into their part.

Relocating a business may raise tax, legal, licensing, insurance, or employment questions. Those belong with qualified advisers. I focus on the real estate and help keep the timing connected so the home decision works with the larger move.

04

Plan for a working transition.

Think about the first week after arrival, not just the closing date. When will your workspace, internet, and equipment be ready? Where will you work if setup takes longer? A little planning can make the transition easier to manage.
